Sharon has over 30 years experience as a senior administrator within the financial sector, of which 10 were spent being the Administration Manager of a Regional Office for a leading international insurance company. This background gives Sharon an abundance of experience upon which to draw in order to support the back-office systems and processes of Abacus Wealth Management.
Being technically proficient and a specialist in pension and investment administration, Sharon provides the ideal conduit between the financial plans made by the advisers to the policy documents that are required to implement sound financial strategies for all our clients.
Starting her career in the Finance Services Sector Kay worked as an administrator at the Savings Certificate Division of NS&I before moving to Legal & General to work as a member of a Mortgage Administration Team based in the North East of England.
Kay was then recruited by a Financial Advisory firm where through promotion became the Office Manager dealing with Company Pensions for both small and medium sized companies. This company then evolved into the Abacus Group of Companies where Kay spent a number of years working within the Abacus Payroll Company and Abacus Accountancy where she liaised with our national network of qualified accountants.
With the experienced gained in these areas Kay has moved onto holistic Financial Planning so that she can implement the skills sets acquired from working with accountants for the benefit of the Private Clients of Abacus Wealth Management with St. James's Place

Having lived in Israel and Holland upon leaving school, Zoe's working life has been spent in customer services. Initially working within the Customer Liaison team in a large utilities company, then later the education sector, Zoe prides herself on paying close attention to detail and delivering accurate work in accordance to deadlines.
This background allows Zoe to work closely with clients in a professional manner to attend to their needs and requirements and fit the role of Client Care Manager within Abacus Wealth Management highly effectively. Most importantly to Zoe, she gains great satisfaction in working closely with clients.
Jo has worked in Financial Services for over 25 years. She started off her career with a large global insurance company by underwriting and setting up life assurance applications. After being approached by senior management she transferred to the company pension schemes division who were in a “crisis “situation. After a year of dedicated hard work implementing new ideas and procedures the division was prosperous again. She then finally moved on to the account and banking area focusing on the premium collection of their company pension schemes portfolio.
Within that time Jo was assigned to looking after the High Network client bank and provided them with exceptional customer service that they became to expect. This has led her to seamlessly take on her role as Abacus Wealth Management’s Paraplanner where such high standards are the “norm”
From her experience Jo feels she is best equipped to be the contact between insurance providers and Abacus Wealth Management – by seeing the situation from the “other side of the fence” this has ensured Abacus Wealth Management’s relationships with other providers has and continues to thrive and in turn benefit our valued clients.
If asked Jo would say the most important attribute she brings to Abacus is her organisation skills. She leaves nothing to chance and never assumes something has happened unless she has checked for herself.
